Refund & Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
At my2socks, we are committed to selling high quality products and giving friendly customer service.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so our returns and exchange policy is a breeze.
If you are not happy with the socks we sent you, you have 30 days from receipt to return them. Please send us an email (info@my2socks.com.au) first to let us know to look out for the returned item. Please include your name and order number with the returned socks so we can more easily locate your original order. Once the socks have been received we will issue a full refund, excluding original postage costs. You are responsible for the costs of getting the socks back to us at my2socks.
Socks returned for change of mind must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition that they were received.
If your socks are faulty or damaged
If you received a faulty item, please contact us at info@my2socks.com.au to arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs. We will endeavour to correct the situation as soon as possible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
